Is there a subscription fee?
No. Access to PropDeal is free for approved investors. There are no monthly fees, sign-up costs, or platform charges of any kind.
How does PropDeal generate revenue?
Jeric Properties earns a sourcing introduction fee on completed transactions. This is disclosed in full at the point of deal distribution. Investors are never charged to receive or review deal flow.
Who qualifies for access?
We work with investors who are actively deploying capital into property in the North West or North Wales. You should have a clear acquisition focus, capital available to commit, and the ability to move without delay once a deal is presented.
What happens after I apply?
Applications are reviewed individually, typically within 48 hours. Approved investors are asked to sign a one-time confidentiality agreement, which unlocks full deal detail — financials, property addresses, due diligence packs, and direct contact with the team.
Can I apply if I am still building my portfolio?
PropDeal is built for investors who are already active and can execute when a deal is presented. If you are earlier in your investment journey, we may not be the right fit at this stage.
How are deals circulated?
Each opportunity is placed directly with a restricted number of investors whose profile matches the deal. There is no public feed, no browsing, and no auction dynamic. Deals go to the right investor, not the fastest.
What areas do you cover?
Our deal flow is concentrated in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire, and North Wales. We do not operate outside these areas.
