Name, email address, phone number, and password (stored in encrypted form) provided when you register or apply for access.
Investor profile
Investment preferences, target areas, budget range, and strategy focus provided when setting up your deal matching profile.

Information about how you interact with the platform — pages visited, deals viewed, and features used — collected automatically via server logs and cookies.
Communications
Records of any correspondence between you and Jeric Properties, including emails and platform notifications.

We use your personal information to:

- —Service providers: Third parties who help us operate the platform, including our database provider (Neon), email delivery provider (Resend), and hosting provider (Vercel). These parties process data only on our instructions.
- —Professional advisers: Solicitors, surveyors, or brokers introduced as part of a deal transaction, where you have expressed interest in proceeding.
- —Regulators and authorities: Where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by law or legitimate business need. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
Records of confidentiality agreement signatures are retained for the duration of any relevant limitation period.
7. Cookies
PropDeal uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authenticate your identity. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging in to the platform.
